CANCELLATION POLICY

  PCS offers free cancellations or rescheduling with a complete refund 15 days or more prior to scheduled event.  Cancellations 14 days or less prior to scheduled event receive a 75% refund, or receive a rescheduling fee of $50.00.  PCS reserves the right to cancell any and all training dates, and assumes no responsibility for monies spent or incurred by customer due to cancellation.  If course is cancelled by PCS, customer will receive a full refund, or rescheduled at no cost. Submitting a payment states that customer has read and agrees to PCS Terms, Conditions, & Policies. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL to: gary@pcscomplete.com
